Antonio Pérez lives and works in South America as an Executive Chef of the luxurious Hotel Oro Verde in Ecuador.
He is a music, arts and literature enthusiast that began his culinary career in Puerto Rico. After serving his formal apprenticeship
in several finest restaurants of the United States within The Ritz Carlton Group he went on to work in Europe, Asia and the Caribbean.
He has published two books; Little Escoffier an illustrated kids book for ages 5 to 9 years old and translated classics such as
Louis Saulnier’s Le Repertorie de la Cuisine into Spanish as El Repertorio de la Cocina. Chef Antonio Pérez is a member of
the Disciples of Escoffier International and Gourmand Cookbook Awards Winner.
