Ben Norum

Ben Norum is a London based food and drink writer who has written on topics from ingredients and barbecues to restaurants and cocktails for publications including Delicious Magazine, Londonist, The Cocktail Lovers, Time Out and the Evening Standard. If not out and about at a new restaurant, he can often be found smoking food on his balcony, mixing up a G&T or curing some salmon — he is half Norwegian, after all.
