Ben is 28 years old and lives in London. He is also proud father with a huge love for House, Disco & Techno music.
Ben trained at some of the world’s finest Michelin starred restaurants including Per Se, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay the Fat Duck, Le Manoir, Vue de Monde & 28+ restaurant in Sweden.
Returning to London in 2012 Ben has delivered his style of cooking to great success at restaurants including Roganic, John Salt & Aqua Shard winning several awards personally & professionally along the way. Additionally his creative dining concepts such as StrippedBack, NoRules & WorldDinners have been received to critical acclaim with global requests for StrippedBack seeing Ben take the concept to the legendary music festival Coachella & other countries including Hungary & Finland.
Ben is currently working on multiple projects and writing his first cookbook.
