Ed Mottershaw has managed the Eagle kitchen for the past 12 years. He began his career at the Atlas in Kensington, working for another Eagle graduate, George Manners. He made his move to the Eagle in 2004 from his position of Head Chef at the Fox and Hounds in Battersea, another of George’s pubs. He’s just as at home tweaking the tuning on one of his motorbikes as he is seasoning an osso bucco, - the perfect character to head up the Eagle Kitchen. Best of all, he’s a great teacher and talent spotter. Many keen young chefs have Ed to thank for their first break into a commercial kitchen.
