I love so many of his books but this is the one I've used the most. Simple, delicious, fuss free.
Probably the book I've used the most: the brownies, the 'comprehensively stuffed squash', the zucchini bread... they never get old.
Again, hard to choose just one, but the sheer abundance of glorious vegetable dishes makes this impossible to resist.
Another great book of achievable vegetarian recipes.
Full of stories and recipes I'm longing to make...
If I'm homesick for the US I make something from this wonderful book based on a group of Connecticut specialty shops. Any book with a breakfast crumble recipe is a book after my own heart.
A wonderful celebration of everything that's great about Jewish nosh, from knishes to cheesecake - with beautiful photographs, illustrations and stories.
I love cake. And desserts. So no list could be complete without this.
