A former cancer research scientist, Kristine left academia to pursue a career in public relations over 10 years ago. During this time, she attended night school at the Institute for Culinary Education in New York, New York and earned her Grand Diplôme in Pastry Arts in 2010. After graduating, she worked as an intern and then pastry cook at the Michelin-starred Aquavit. Kristine currently works as a freelance pastry chef after re-locating to London in 2012.
