I love this cookbook - it has transformed vegetarian food for me. Delicious recipes, beautifully laid out.
So much more than a collection of recipes, it has a narrative and my copy is so well-worn it is falling apart.
The price of the book is worth it for the Georgian Feast alone. Roast chicken stuffed with sour cherries and rice, cheese flatbread and green beans is now a dinner party staple in my house.
