Rachel Khong is a writer, editor, and home cook living in the Bay Area. She is the senior editor of Lucky Peach, where she has worked since its inception in 2011. In addition to Lucky Peach, her writing has appeared in California Sunday, The Believer, and the San Francisco Chronicle.
