Scott Hallsworth is an Australian chef, restaurateur and author.
In London, Hallsworth set up the restaurant Kurobuta, which started life as a popup in Chelsea, before moving to permanent locations in Chelsea and Marble Arch.
In 2017, Hallsworth sold his interest in Kurobuta and launched Freakscene, a pan-Asian popup restaurant in Clerkenwell.
His first cookbook, Junk Food Japan, is published by Bloomsbury.
