Werner Fischer was a chef and had a restaurant in Berlin from the end of the sixties until the mid-seventies. He is almost forgotten although he was very special - in short: he cooked the whole zoo. If you want to know how the numerous ethnicities which were united in the Soviet Union cooked, this is the book. Have you ever heard of the regions of Burjatien or Tuva and their specialities? I doubt it!
