Toast Custard with Chocolate Parfait and Lychee Purée

Spoon the purée onto 6 plates and sprinkle over the cocoa crumbs. Place the toast custard and chocolate parfait alternately on top of the crumbs. Insert shards of lychee glass in between and garnish with the baby basil.
