  • About
I have been a traveller since the age of four. At seven years old I began to realize that food was one of the excitements of life. By the time I had my first cooking lesson at an English boarding school I realized that, as a result of living in different countries, I would never be satisfied with just learning how to make rock buns. As soon as I was able to I experimented on my own, adding to simple dishes the spices and flavours I had come to love.
Still today, whenever I return from abroad I try to recreate tastes I have enjoyed in a way that is suitable for the home cook. Travelling has always been my main source of culinary inspiration and will, I’m sure, remain so.
