Amy and Julie are sisters who are passionate about championing Chinese cuisine. The pair grew up in New Zealand, where they helped out in the family food truck from a young age. In their own words, their parents were "doing street food before street food was cool". Their joint love of cooking led them to start the Dumpling Sisters. Since 2013, they have been demystifying Chinese cookery to their audiences online and via their our first recipe book, The Dumpling Sisters Cookbook.
