In addition, Jennifer has authored the best-selling Kitchen Coach cookbook series, which provides families of all types simple solutions for getting dinner on the table – no matter if it’s a gourmet meal, cooking with kids or eating on-the-go.  Jennifer also has great experience working with grocery chains across the country, including Heinen’s, Andronico’s, Nuggets, Dierbergs, Central Market,Safeway, Whole Foods,  Scolari’s, Warehouse Market and many more. From the suburbs to urban areas, Jennifer has traveled across the country meeting with retailers to understand the uniqueness and individuality of each area and what consumers’ wants and needs are in each region. Coupled with her knowledge of individual cooking and buying habits, Jennifer has successfully created buying, programming and in-house promotions for many consumer brands and stores that have generated sales, increased brand awareness and grown market share.
