Joel is a food creative both in and out of the kitchen. Starting life as an economist, he slowly made his way into the food world, graduating from Masterchef Australia then launching himself into the Barcelona food scene. He founded Papa Serra Jr culinary adventures for gourmet travelers before joining the founding team of EatWith (an online platform for home dining experiences), where he is now Director of Global Community. He is currently launching Papalosophy, his first cookbook on Kickstarter, a 200-page feast of Spanish recipes and Barcelona urban life for anyone that loves food and photography in equally radical measures.
