I have Thai noodle fever. Sipped, slurped, and twirled, noodles are a beloved part of Thai cuisine and come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. The array of Thai noodles is dizzying—egg noodles, cellophane noodles, fresh rice noodles, thin vermicelli noodles, dried rice noodles—it goes on and on.
