So, how are you going to get these amazing probiotic foods into your diet and enjoy all of their health benefits. I often get asked how much to eat or if there is a upper limit to what you should eat in a day. My suggestion is, in the beginning, to eat a few tablespoons of fermented vegetables with each meal. If you get any digestive symptoms like bloatedness or any pain, then start off with a little bit less and slowly increase as you get used to the fermented foods. Similarly, start with a glass of fermented drink per day and if your digestive system agrees with this you can drink more.
