Feasts and sharing platters are my favourite. When eating plant-based it is so important to add variety to your plate in the form of textures, flavours, combinations and, last but not least, eye candy! After all, we feast with our eyes first, don’t we? Many of the platters have been featured at retreats I’ve run all over the world and they are there to satisfy even the fussiest of eaters. (I’m talking about the husbands who are usually dragged along to those yoga and meditation retreats!) Sharing meals together is so important nowadays, especially when life tends to be as busy as it is.
