Jeremy Lee has been the Head Chef at Quo Vadis, Soho since January 2012. He is also a partner in the business, alongside Sam & Eddie Hart. Before joining the brothers he had held the position of Head Chef at Terence Conran’s The Blueprint Café for 18 years, and prior to that worked at Bibendum. Jeremy, originally from Dundee, Scotland, learnt his craft while cooking and working for the likes of Simon Hopkinson and Alastair Little, both of whom inspire him still. His menus change daily, reflecting the seasons and are full of his favourite things, using produce expertly sourced from his enviable list of suppliers.
Candida Crewe, daughter of food critic Quentin Crewe, reflects on the life of her father and how he came to pen what many chefs regard as one of the best books on French cuisine ever written, Great Chefs of France.
