Jozef Youssef is the founder and chef patron of collaborative gastronomic project, Kitchen Theory, an experimental kitchen with a focus on the multi-sensory elements of dining. Jozef works with scientists, chefs and artists to develop sensory gastronomic dining experiences. He is also the author of Molecular Gastronomy at Home, a simple introduction to the science behind modernist culinary techniques.
Jozef has previously worked for to UK restaurants including Helene Darroze at The Connaught, The Dorchester and The Fat Duck.
