Richard is a dynamic and accomplished chef and an authority on Aga cookery. As well as having featured on television and radio, he writes for several magazines including for the last fifteen years his popular ‘Ask Richard’ column in Aga Living Magazine.
A best-selling author, he has written seven books on range cooking, including The Complete Book of Aga Know-How. He is also the resident Aga Cookery Doctor on the award‑winning Aga Living website, where you can ask him Aga and Rayburn cookery questions and read his regular blog postings.
Richard lives in Kent and travels widely throughout the UK, demonstrating how to get the best from Aga and Rayburn cookers. He has worked with Aga throughout Europe and Scandinavia and also in America, Australia and New Zealand.
