Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. Using an electric mixer with a paddle attachment, mix the caster sugar, ground almonds, flour, cocoa, butter and salt on medium speed until combined to form a coarse, sand-like texture the consistency of crumble; it should not c
