  • About
There are so many wonderful spices out there that it can seem a bit overwhelming to someone who hasn’t grown up around spices or isn’t used to cooking with them on a regular basis. I felt it would be helpful to list the ones that I use most often, along with some information about the spice itself. As far as storage is concerned, I would suggest buying smaller packets and then transferring the contents into airtight glass containers; old jam jars work perfectly well. Place them somewhere cool, out of direct sunlight and where no moisture can get to them. They are best used within 6 months.
