From a Hot Iron

In Belgium we have a dedicated glass for every type of beer, so it is not deemed extravagant to have a waffle iron with several interchangeable waffle plates, or several waffle irons so each waffle can be made in its traditional shape. I myself own four electric irons and several antique waffle irons, too.
