  • About

I’ll never forget my first bite of Sticky Rice with Mango during a monsoon-like downfall in Chiang Mai. We ducked into a tiny café and ordered this creamy, coconutty and sticky dessert with fresh ripe mango. I couldn’t believe something so simple could be so divine and memorable. I was inspired to recreate Sweet, Ripe Mango with Sticky Rice for my friends and am so happy to share it now with you.

Thai people embrace all food, including sweets, but they don’t typically follow their dinner meal with a dessert. They enjoy sweets throughout the day and as they do their snacks.
