Uyen Luu

Uyen Luu is the author of My Vietnamese Kitchen, published by Ryland Peters & Small. She holds weekend supper clubs and Vietnamese cooking classes in her home in East London. Uyen works as a photographer and foo stylist. She is also working on her next cook book.
