Il Pranzo Della Domenica

Though this chapter refers to Sunday lunches, you can of course enjoy these meals any day of the week. The title is more a nod to my background, and the fact that my family always gathered together on a Sunday. It would involve everyone from grandparents to cousins and most Italian families will have this tradition of regularly sharing a good quality meal with their nearest and dearest.

You’ll find genuine and often quite rustic dishes from both my region of Abruzzo and the Ambassador’s favourite family dishes from Naples.
