From working with and making meals for people of all ages and backgrounds, I’ve learned that the entree or dinner can be a challenge when it comes to planning, variety, and presentation on a plant-based diet (especially at first).
I invite you to take this opportunity to reinvent your plate and bowl and let go of the old notion that dinner is a “main” protein and a combination of side dishes.
