It’s always the same scenario: Our schedules get hectic and instead of feeding our bodies with extra nutrients to compensate for the added stress, we tend to grab the quickest, and usually the least nutritious, foods. And we tend to skip what is still the most important meal of the day—breakfast, the meal that refuels and repairs our bodies after a night of sleep, and the absence of any food for several hours. It doesn’t make sense, yet this is what so many of us do.
