The Sainsbury's cookbook series

In 1978, Sainsbury's published Cooking for Christmas by Josceline Dimbleby. This title was the first in what was to become an extensive collection of cookbooks which sold in their millions. The series featured books from many of the most celebrated figures in the food world, and well-thumbed, smeared and scribbled on copies of these books are still in use in countless kitchens across the UK.

ckbk is working with many of the authors of these titles to make many of these much-loved titles available once more via ckbk.
