  • About
My family sometimes calls me the Queen of Puddings; as this is the name of one of my favourite nursery puddings I am flattered. I have always had a sweet tooth, indulging as a child in dry Horlicks, spoonfuls of Radio Malt and undiluted squares of fruit jelly. But when I began cooking I discovered the wicked thrill of pudding making. Puddings are always welcome as a real treat, with home-made ice creams perhaps the most popular of all.
