Root vegetables, green vegetables and salad vegetables form an important part of our daily diet. They require just as much attention as any other section of the menu. Interesting combinations of ingredients, correct use of seasonings and careful cooking, give vegetables the importance they deserve.
Cook and serve them simply, in order to preserve their distinctive, delicate flavour. Where possible prepare, select and cook fresh vegetables that are in season.
