Well let’s be fair, you’ll probably have all the meals in this book all the time. These are the ones that I’d imagine you’d have for lunch, a quick dinner or double up as meal prep.
I’d say this is probably the section where you’ll find yourself the most, purely because they’re the recipes that I see you making often. Not to say you won’t make the others in this book as often, but these ones you definitely will.
There’s also, to your surprise, a few really good salad recipes. So try them while you’re here.
