  • About
If you are wondering what or where the ‘more’ is, well remember, this book is part of a trilogy and my previous two had ‘soups, starters and snacks’ and ‘soups, starters and main courses’, so I just couldn’t leave this one out. What the ‘more’ actually means is both of those extras. Many of these dishes can be turned into snacks - try the omelettes, scrambled eggs and salads. As for main courses, well I think that just about every dish can be turned into one.

Order of the day: buying ingredients while the boys cook.
