  • About

Dietary restrictions aside, meat has always been an integral part of the human diet.

Nourishing and wholesome, it is a good source of valuable protein, vitamins, and minerals, as well as of essential amino and fatty acids. Red meat and organ meat are especially rich in minerals, vitamin E, and B-complex vitamins. Pork is known for its high content of vitamin B1, and poultry is a good source of lean protein. As part of a well-balanced diet, consuming meat in moderate amounts helps to provide many essential nutrients.
