Our everyday menu of entrees at Claire’s consists mainly of Mexican food, but we make dozens of entrees throughout the day for our deli case and for our specials boards and they run the gamut, globe-trotting across the world for variety. We love exploring different cuisines, and we know that this is a wonderful way to learn about different cultures. I’m so grateful that we have access to amazing ingredients from good people whom we like to support. In turn, they help support our work, our community, our staff, and me.
